Cancel Cloudways
Sign in here first, there is no plan to cancel, only account closure. Download a full backup, delete every server, remove add-on subscriptions, then Profile, Account, Cancel My Account. Closure is permanent and one last invoice arrives next month because Cloudways bills in arrears.

- Log in at platform.cloudways.com
- Download a full backup of each application
- Open Servers from the top bar and delete every server
- Open Grid, then Add-ons, and remove each add-on subscription
- Open Profile, then Account, agree to the conditions and click Cancel My Account
