Cancel Cloudways

Sign in here first, there is no plan to cancel, only account closure. Download a full backup, delete every server, remove add-on subscriptions, then Profile, Account, Cancel My Account. Closure is permanent and one last invoice arrives next month because Cloudways bills in arrears.

Signed up through PayPal?

Then Cloudways cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Download a full backup of each application
Open Servers from the top bar and delete every server
Open Grid, then Add-ons, and remove each add-on subscription
Open Profile, then Account, agree to the conditions and click Cancel My Account
