Cancel Club Lime

Cancelling happens in the Member's Portal, under the Membership Related menu. Pick a cancellation date and a reason. Every direct debit Club Lime membership carries 28 days notice, so the earliest date offered reflects that and you keep paying through it. A confirmation email follows.

  1. Open clublime.com.au/members/ and log in, or use Request Password if this is your first visit
  2. Open the Membership Related drop-down menu
  3. Select Cancel Membership
  4. Choose your cancellation date and the reason
  5. Submit and keep the confirmation email
