Cancel Club Lime
Cancelling happens in the Member's Portal, under the Membership Related menu. Pick a cancellation date and a reason. Every direct debit Club Lime membership carries 28 days notice, so the earliest date offered reflects that and you keep paying through it. A confirmation email follows.

- Open the Membership Related drop-down menu
- Select Cancel Membership
- Choose your cancellation date and the reason
- Submit and keep the confirmation email
