Cancel CNN
Log in first, then open this link. CNN account settings shows whether you subscribed through CNN.com, Apple or Google and the billing period. A subscription bought in an app store has to be cancelled in that store.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?
Then CNN cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

- Sign in at cnn.com
- Open cnn.com/account/settings
- Find the subscription section and stop the renewal
- If Apple or Google billed you, cancel in that store instead

The subscription pages are geo-restricted. From outside the United States cnn.com/subscription 302s to /cnn-live-restricted and help.cnn.com 302s to /geo-availability.
