Cancel Consumer Reports

Log in first, then open this link. Manage My Membership carries the cancel button and offers cancelling now or keeping access to the end of the paid term. Cancel within 7 days of the order or renewal for a refund less 10 dollars. After 7 days there is no refund.

Go to Consumer Reports’s cancel page

Opens secure.consumerreports.org in a new tab. Their login page forgets where you were going, so open this after you are signed in.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Consumer Reports cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Open Manage My Membership
Choose the cancel option beside the membership and pick cancel now or at the end of the term
For a print membership use the buysub.com portal instead
