Cancel Cram
Cram sends subscription questions to the Essays Dashboard or to its support team. The account stays active for the rest of the period you paid for: cancel on the 15th of a monthly term and access runs to the 1st. A Semester Plan is charged once and does not renew.

- Go to cram.com/dashboard and sign in
- Open your Premium Essays subscription
- If the dashboard does not offer a cancel control, contact support through cram.com/contact
- Give the name, email, billing address and last four card digits so support can find the account
