Cancel Cratejoy

Cratejoy is a marketplace, so every box on it is its own subscription and each one has to be cancelled separately from the Subscriptions menu. Cancelling stops future renewals and refunds nothing.

Then Cratejoy cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at cratejoy.com with the email the box is billed to
  2. Open the Subscriptions menu
  3. Next to the subscription you want to stop, click Track Order to manage it
  4. Click Cancel at the top right
  5. Pick a reason and click Cancel Subscription
  6. Repeat for every other box in the list
