Sign in and cancel from the member portal, or email support@crikey.com.au. Cancelling stops future charges only. Access runs to the end of the billing period you have paid for, and subscriptions are non-refundable.

Find your subscription and turn off automatic renewal or cancel
Or email support@crikey.com.au asking to cancel
Do it before the renewal date, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period

Refunds are limited to demonstrated hardship or the Australian Consumer Law, per clause 2.6 of the terms.
