Cancellation takes effect at the next payment date. Refunds only exist inside the first 14 days, and only if you post back every unused voucher at your own cost.

Ask to cancel the print subscription
The 14 day window starts the day your voucher book was delivered, not the day you ordered
If you are owed a refund they send instructions for returning the unused vouchers, and you pay the postage
Keep proof of posting: if the vouchers do not arrive and you cannot show you sent them, no refund is given
Only original vouchers are accepted, no scans or photocopies
