Log in first, then open this link. Click Manage Subscription, decline the pause with Continue to Cancel, then confirm on the final screen. Premium runs to the end of the billing period. If a renewal payment is still pending, cancelling ends access at once.

- Click Subscriptions, then Manage Subscription
- Click Continue to Cancel if you do not want to pause
- Follow through to the final cancellation screen and confirm
