Cancel Dear Brightly
Sign in, open My Plan, then the Plan tab, and cancel from there. The option is greyed out while an order is pending. You get a reminder email a week before each shipment and five days to make changes. Cancel within two business days of the next ship date.

- Choose to cancel the plan, or edit the frequency or pause instead
- Do it within two business days of the next ship date, and before any pending order
