Cancel Descomplica

Cancelling runs through IA.smin, the chat assistant in the bottom right of the study platform: Menu Inicial, Financeiro, Cancelamento, Cancelar Plano. A plan bought on the site can be cancelled with a full refund within 7 calendar days. App purchases go the same way.

  1. Sign in to the Descomplica study platform
  2. Open the IA.smin chat button at the bottom right
  3. Choose Menu Inicial, then Financeiro, then Cancelamento, then Cancelar Plano
  4. Follow the assistant, which hands over to a person if it cannot finish
  5. You can also reach IA.smin through Descomplica's Instagram page
  6. Ask within 7 calendar days of buying if you want the money back

Brazil: Descomplica's help page grants a full refund on plans bought through the site if you cancel within 7 calendar days. Card refunds go back on the statement, boleto refunds by bank transfer within 60 days, Pix refunds to the same account within 15 days.
