Cancel DIRECTV STREAM

For internet DIRECTV with no satellite dish, this is the packages screen and DIRECTV's own page says to sign in and select Cancel service. Pause service sits on the same screen. Service ends at the end of the billing cycle with no prorated refund, and recordings are erased. Satellite accounts have to phone 800.531.5000.

Then DIRECTV STREAM cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Open directv.com/accounts/stream/packages and sign in
  2. Select Cancel service, or Pause service to hold the account instead
  3. If you have a satellite dish, call 800.531.5000 instead
  4. Return any DIRECTV equipment you are asked for to avoid a non-return fee
