Cancel DMM TV

The DMMプレミアム利用状況 page. Choose プランを解約する, follow every screen, and press 解約手続きを完了する on the final check. Closing the tab part way through leaves you subscribed.

Go to DMM TV’s cancel page

Opens accounts.premium.dmm.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or Amazon?

Then DMM TV cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Sign in to DMM in a browser
Open accounts.premium.dmm.com/settings/, the DMMプレミアム利用状況 page
Choose プランを解約する
Follow the screens to the end
Press 解約手続きを完了する on the final check page
If you subscribed in the DMM TV app, cancel in the App Store, Google Play or Amazon instead
