Cancel Docusign

Only an account administrator can cancel. Open Admin, then Plan and Billing, then Manage Subscription, then Cancel subscription, and confirm. The account drops to the free plan at the end of the paid term. Download your documents first if you close the account instead, they go with it.

Then Docusign cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Sign in at account.docusign.com as an account administrator
Select Admin from the top navigation bar
Select Plan and Billing under ACCOUNT
Select Manage Subscription, then Cancel subscription
Review the cancellation details, select Confirm Cancellation, then Continue
On a Real Estate Starter plan, choose Manage subscription then Cancel Plan
If you bought the plan in the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there instead
