Cancel DashPass

Open Manage DashPass from the account menu, tap Cancel Membership, pick a reason, then confirm with Cancel DashPass. Cancel 24 hours before the next payment. Benefits run to the end of the period, except during a free period, when they stop at once. DoorDash emails a confirmation.

  1. Open the DoorDash app or doordash.com and sign in
  2. Tap the account icon
  3. Go to Manage DashPass
  4. Tap Cancel Membership
  5. Select a reason, then Select reason
  6. Select Cancel DashPass, then Got it
  7. If the App Store or Google Play billed you, cancel in that store instead
