Cancel Dropbox
Sign in and scroll to the bottom of the plan page for Cancel plan. You pick a reason, then confirm. The account drops to the free plan at the end of the billing cycle and your files stay.

Opens dropbox.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
Signed up through Apple or Google Play?
Then Dropbox cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

- Sign in at dropbox.com
- Click your avatar at the bottom left, then Manage account
- Click Cancel plan at the bottom of the page
- Pick a reason for cancelling
- Click Continue canceling and follow the prompts
