Cancel Duolingo

Open the Subscription tab in settings and choose Cancel subscription. Deleting the app or the account does not stop billing. There is no refund for the part already paid, and access continues to the end of the period.

Go to Duolingo’s cancel page

Opens duolingo.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Duolingo cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Sign in at duolingo.com
  2. Click your profile icon, then Settings
  3. Open the Subscription tab
  4. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm
