  2. Check what you are paying for under Manage My Subscription
  3. Email mysubscription@edmontonjournal.com to cancel an Online Access subscription
  4. Email epapersupport@edmontonjournal.com to cancel an ePaper subscription
  5. For home delivery email mysubscription@edmontonjournal.com or call 1-800-249-4695
  6. Billing stops after the current cycle and the FAQ says all Edmonton Journal subscriptions are non-refundable
