Cancel edX

edX sells courses and programs one payment at a time, so for most learners nothing renews. From the dashboard, open the Course Actions menu on a course card and choose Unenroll. Unenroll is hidden once you have earned the verified certificate.

Find the course on the Courses page
Open the Course Actions dropdown on the course card
Choose Unenroll and confirm
A verified track refund has to be inside the refund window, which the refund article sets out
A subscription bought by your employer or school is cancelled by that organisation, not by you
