Cancel eharmony

This turns off automatic renewal rather than ending the subscription early: it runs to the end of its term. Any payments still pending at cancellation are charged as scheduled. The switch sits behind the portrait menu, under Data & settings.

Steps

  1. Sign in at eharmony.com
  2. Click the down arrow next to your portrait at the top of the screen
  3. Click the Data & settings link
  4. Click Amend subscription, called Cancel auto renewal in the US
  5. Read the details, then click the link at the bottom of the page to start the cancellation
  6. Go through to the confirmation page
  7. If Apple or Google billed you, cancel in that store instead
