Cancel El Universal

Phone only, and inside a window. El Universal's FAQ says Digital Plus and the annual print bundle renew automatically and that you have to ask to cancel between 15 days and 48 hours before the renewal date. Miss the window and you pay for another term.

  3. Ask for the cancellation and keep the reference
  4. The FAQ names no online cancel option, and there is no refund on a subscription already paid for
