Cancel Elisa Viihde
Log in with an Elisa account, an Elisa Viihde account or Mobiilivarmenne. Press Lopeta tilaus next to the package, then Vahvista lopetus. An open ended package ends at the end of the current billing period. A fixed term contract can only be ended once the term is up.

- Open elisaviihde.fi/tilaukset and log in
- Find the channel package or streaming service you want to end
- Press Lopeta tilaus
- Press Vahvista lopetus
- Return the set top box if you cancelled Elisa Viihde Sound, Premium or Plus, otherwise Elisa charges for it
- For a fixed term contract you still want to break early, contact Elisa customer service
