Cancel Equinox
Equinox requires written notice, commonly 30 days, and you keep paying through it. You can cancel in your online account, in club with a manager, by phone, by post, or by email to Cancellations@Equinox.com. Notice length varies by state.

- Read your membership agreement, the notice period is set there and varies by state
- Sign in at equinox.com and open your account
- Use the membership cancellation option, or email Cancellations@Equinox.com
- You can also cancel in club with a manager or by phone through Concierge
- Expect to be billed through the notice period and keep the written confirmation
