Cancel eufy Cloud Storage

eufy says cloud backup cannot be cancelled by users. You have to ask eufy support and give the serial number of the camera the plan covers. A cancelled monthly plan stops renewing and is not refunded. An annual plan refunds the part you have not used.

Ask eufy to cancel the cloud backup and give the serial number of the camera it covers
Or email support@eufylife.com with the same details
If you bought the plan inside the app, cancel it in the Apple or Google subscription settings instead
Expect no refund on a monthly plan. An annual plan is refunded for the part you have not used
