Cancel Evernote

Sign in, open Billing, then Cancel your Evernote subscription at the bottom, then Continue to cancel, give a reason and confirm. The account drops to Evernote Free at the end of the billing cycle and no notes are deleted.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or PayPal?

Then Evernote cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in to Account Settings on Evernote Web
  2. Select Billing in the left menu
  3. Select Cancel your Evernote subscription at the bottom
  4. Scroll down and click Continue to cancel
  5. Give a reason, then click Cancel subscription
  6. On the older billing system: open Account Summary, choose Manage subscription, then pick Evernote Free
