Cancel Everyone Active

Your memberships list. Pick the membership and cancel it there. Cancel after the 22nd of the month and that month's direct debit may already have gone, and the membership then runs to the end of the following month. Annual memberships cannot be cancelled at all.

Sign in at account.everyoneactive.com or in the Everyone Active app
Open your profile area, then Memberships
Select the membership you want to cancel and confirm
Cancel before the 22nd of the month to avoid an extra direct debit
The last month you pay for is your notice period and is not refunded
