Cancel Factor

Sign in, open Plan Settings, scroll to Status and click Deactivate My Plan, then pick a reason and click Deactivate Now. Factor offers alternatives before letting you through. Do it at least five days before your next delivery.

Sign in at factor75.com on a computer
Open factor75.com/settings/plan, the Plan Settings page
Scroll to the Status section and click Deactivate My Plan
Choose an option or click Cancel Anyway
Select a reason and click Deactivate Now
