Cancel Fastic

Fastic cancels in the app under Profile, Subscriptions, Withdraw from contract, or on the website through Manage subscriptions in the footer. A subscription paid by PayPal is stopped under Manage Automatic Payments in PayPal. Store subscriptions cancel in the App Store or Google Play.

Then Fastic cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Steps

In the Fastic app open Profile, then Subscriptions, then Withdraw from contract
On the website, log in and use Manage subscriptions in the fastic.com footer, then Withdraw from contract
If you paid by PayPal, open PayPal Settings, Payments, Manage Automatic Payments and cancel Fastic there
If you subscribed in the app, cancel in the App Store or Google Play instead

Other countries

Fastic is a German company. Its published cancellation policy gives a fourteen day right of withdrawal running from the day the contract is concluded, exercisable by any clear statement or through the withdrawal function in the app and on the website.
