Cancel Fastmail

The Billing and Plan screen. Scroll to Cancel plan, choose Learn more and cancel this plan, then Confirm cancellation. The account stays usable to the end of the billing cycle and closes on the expiry date. No refund for unused time.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Fastmail cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Sign in at fastmail.com
  2. Open app.fastmail.com/settings/plan, the Settings then Billing and Plan screen
  3. If the account has other users, delete them first
  4. Scroll to Cancel plan and choose Learn more and cancel this plan
  5. Confirm cancellation
