Cancel Fi
Log in with your Fi email, tap the pencil icon on the membership, scroll down and tap Cancel membership, then give a reason. Only the primary Owner can cancel. A membership inside a commitment period cannot be cancelled until that period ends. You can reactivate while time remains.

- Open memberships.fitracking.com/manage and log in with your Fi email and password
- Tap the pencil icon on the membership you want to end
- Scroll down and tap Cancel membership
- Follow the prompts and give a reason
- Check that an expiration date and a Reactivate button appear
