Cancel Figma

Cancelling happens inside the paid team, so the link differs per team and there is no shared URL. In Admin, Settings, Plan you choose Cancel plan and give a reason. The team drops to Starter at the end of the billing period and files are kept.

Sign in at figma.com and open the paid team
Click Admin, then the Settings tab
In the Plan section click Cancel plan
Pick a cancellation reason and click Cancel plan
