Cancel Final Fantasy XIV

Sign in to Mog Station with your Square Enix account, then pick the right service account if you have several. Open Service Account Status and choose Cancel Subscription. You keep the days already paid for. Square Enix does not refund subscriptions.

Signed up through PayPal?

Then Final Fantasy XIV cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Sign in at mogstation.com with the Square Enix account you play on
  2. Pick the correct service account and choose Use This Service Account
  3. Select Service Account Status in the left menu
  4. Choose Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts
