Cancel Financial Post

The Postmedia account portal shows your subscriptions and cards and carries no cancel button. The FAQ sends every cancellation to email: Custserv@nationalpost.com for Online Access, FinancialPost@postmediasupport.com for the ePaper. This masthead prints no cancellation phone number of its own.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Financial Post cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Sign in at financialpost.com and open My Account, or go to financialpost.com/my-account
Choose Manage My Subscription, then Manage in the Financial Post Online Access box, to check what you are paying for
Email Custserv@nationalpost.com to cancel an Online Access subscription
Email FinancialPost@postmediasupport.com to cancel an ePaper subscription
Billing stops after the current cycle and the FAQ says all Financial Post subscriptions are non-refundable
