Cancel Financial Times

Standard Digital, Premium Digital and Digital Trial cancel online: this is the Subscription tab, which carries a Cancel subscription option. Print and Print plus Digital cannot be cancelled online, they go through live chat or phone. Either way the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

  1. Sign in at ft.com
  2. Open My Account, then the Subscription tab
  3. Select Cancel subscription
  4. For a print or print plus digital subscription, contact Customer Care by live chat or phone instead
  5. Have your account email or customer reference number and billing address ready for a phone cancellation

Other countries

A subscription that includes newspaper delivery can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of the first paper arriving, less the cost of papers already delivered. Online only subscriptions start straight away and carry no change of mind refund, though you can still cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the billing period.
