Cancel Flo
This only works if you bought Premium on the web, where the receipt says Flo Health or Stripe. Sign in, open your profile, then Subscriptions, and cancel. If you paid in the app, cancel in the App Store or Google Play instead.

Opens app.flo.health in a new tab. You will need to log in.
Signed up through Apple or Google Play?
Then Flo cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
What to expect

- Open app.flo.health and sign in
- Tap the profile icon
- Choose Subscriptions
- Follow the prompts to cancel, at least 24 hours before the next billing date
- If your receipt says Apple or Google, cancel in that store instead
