Cancel Freeletics

The Plan tab in your profile. Pick the subscription and click Cancel Subscription. You keep the Coach until the paid period ends and the page then shows the expiry date. A confirmation email arrives; if it does not, the cancellation did not go through.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Freeletics cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Log in on the Freeletics website
  2. Open the Plan tab in your profile
  3. Select the subscription you want to cancel
  4. Click Cancel Subscription
  5. Check for the confirmation email, including the spam folder
