Cancel Fresh Prep

The account area lets you skip a week or set your account to Paused, which stops deliveries and billing. Fresh Prep's own FAQ says a permanent cancellation has to be emailed to hi@freshprep.ca before your weekly cutoff time.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at freshprep.ca
  2. Open your account, then subscription settings
  3. Set the account status to Paused if you only want a break, no deliveries and no billing while paused
  4. To close the account for good, email hi@freshprep.ca before your weekly cutoff time
  5. There is no minimum term, so no fee for leaving
