Cancel FreshBooks

Open Billing and Upgrade from your profile menu, then click the cancel your account link at the bottom, leave a comment and confirm. Disconnect bank feeds first. The account stays usable to the end of the billing cycle and your data is kept.

Opens my.freshbooks.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then FreshBooks cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Save anything you need out of the account first
  2. Disconnect active bank connections
  3. Sign in at my.freshbooks.com and click your profile picture at the top right
  4. Choose Billing and Upgrade
  5. Click the cancel your account link at the bottom of the page
  6. Leave a comment and confirm
  7. If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, cancel through Apple or Google Play instead
