Cancel FreshBooks
Open Billing and Upgrade from your profile menu, then click the cancel your account link at the bottom, leave a comment and confirm. Disconnect bank feeds first. The account stays usable to the end of the billing cycle and your data is kept.

- Save anything you need out of the account first
- Disconnect active bank connections
- Sign in at my.freshbooks.com and click your profile picture at the top right
- Choose Billing and Upgrade
- Click the cancel your account link at the bottom of the page
- Leave a comment and confirm
- If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, cancel through Apple or Google Play instead
