Cancel Future

Cancelling happens in the Future Pro app. Profile icon, gear icon, Your Account, Update Membership, Cancel Membership, then a short survey. You keep access to the end of the billing cycle and Future does not give partial refunds.

Open the Future Pro app and log in
Tap the profile icon at the bottom right, then the gear icon at the top right
Tap Your Account, then Update Membership
Tap Cancel Membership and follow the prompts
Complete the cancellation survey
Watch for the confirmation email
