Cancel Gaia

Open My Account and select Cancel Membership, then follow the prompts. Cancel at least two days before the renewal date. Access lasts to the end of the paid period. Without a confirmation email the account is still active.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play, Amazon or Roku?

Then Gaia cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
