Cancel Garmin Connect+

Garmin calls this the Subscription Portal. Sign in, press Manage next to Garmin Connect+, then Cancel Plan and tick the confirmation box. You can also get there in Garmin Connect under the profile icon, Account Settings, Garmin Connect+.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Garmin Connect+ cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Open the Garmin Subscription Portal and sign in
  2. Press Manage next to the Garmin Connect+ subscription
  3. Select Cancel Plan
  4. Tick the box confirming the subscription features will switch off, then select Cancel Service
