Cancel giffgaff
No contract to end. Turn off your recurring plan, then delete your card and any auto top-up under Payment Details. To close the account at once, request a PAC (keep your number) or STAC and give it to your new network. Unused credit or plan days are not refunded after a port out.
Opens giffgaff.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
tapcancel is an independent guide and is not affiliated with giffgaff. You sign in on giffgaff’s own site. We never ask for a login, a password or a card number, here or anywhere.
