Log in first, then open this link. Under Subscription actions choose Cancel subscription, give a reason and confirm. That stops the renewal. Ending a paid term early or getting money back goes through GitLab support, not this page.

- Open Subscriptions and pick the subscription
- Open the Subscription actions menu and select Cancel subscription
- Select a reason and confirm
- For an early end or a refund, open a ticket with GitLab support
