Cancel GitLab

Log in first, then open this link. Under Subscription actions choose Cancel subscription, give a reason and confirm. That stops the renewal. Ending a paid term early or getting money back goes through GitLab support, not this page.

Go to GitLab’s cancel page

Opens customers.gitlab.com in a new tab. Their login page forgets where you were going, so open this after you are signed in.

Sign in to the GitLab Customers Portal at customers.gitlab.com
Open Subscriptions and pick the subscription
Open the Subscription actions menu and select Cancel subscription
Select a reason and confirm
