Cancel Glo

The Subscription page. Scroll down, click Cancel your account, pick a reason, fill in the required fields, tick the confirmation box and press Yes, cancel my account. It cannot be done in the Glo app. Access runs to the end of the billing cycle.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Glo cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

Log in to Glo.com in a web browser
Click your profile icon or initials in the top right corner
Click Subscription
Scroll down and click Cancel your account
Choose a reason, fill in the required fields, tick the box and click Yes, cancel my account
