Cancel The Globe and Mail

Sign in and open Manage subscription. Some digital plans cancel online from there. The Globe help centre also states that cancellation requests cannot go through the website contact form, so you may still have to call customer support.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then The Globe and Mail cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Choose the cancel option if it is offered
If there is none, call Globe customer support, the contact form will not process a cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
