Cancel Globoplay

Sign in, open the subscription, press Acessar detalhes, then Cancelar assinatura and pick a reason. Cancelling is not immediate: you keep watching to the end of the period you already paid for. An annual plan paid in instalments keeps charging those instalments.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or Roku?

Then Globoplay cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

Open minhaconta.globo.com and sign in with your Conta Globo
Pick the Globoplay subscription and press Acessar detalhes
Press Cancelar assinatura at the foot of the page
Choose a reason and confirm
If you only see Acessar (store name), you subscribed through that store and have to cancel there

Other countries

Globo also sells Globoplay through partners who bill you themselves: Claro, Vivo, Tim, Alloha, Brisanet, Celeti, Desktop, Nio, Vero, Itau, Santander, Shopee, Meli+, PlayHub and Familhao. If the account page offers no cancel button, one of those bills you.
