Cancel GoDaddy

Sign in and your subscriptions list opens. Each product is cancelled or set to stop renewing on its own, so check every line. Domains keep renewing unless you turn auto renew off separately.

Signed up through PayPal?

Then GoDaddy cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

Sign in and open account.godaddy.com/subscriptions
Find the product you want to stop
Open its menu and choose Cancel, or turn off auto renew to keep it until the term ends
Repeat for every product and domain you no longer want
Ask for any refund before closing the account, a closed account is no longer eligible
