Cancel Going

This link survives the sign in and opens Membership and Billing, the page Going's own cancellation article points at. Cancel there. If Apple or Google billed you through the app, the web page cannot cancel it and you have to use that store.

Then Going cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Sign in and open going.com/settings/membership-and-billing
Cancel the membership there
If you subscribed in the iOS app, cancel under Subscriptions in iOS Settings
If you subscribed on Android, cancel in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions
