Cancel Going
This link survives the sign in and opens Membership and Billing, the page Going's own cancellation article points at. Cancel there. If Apple or Google billed you through the app, the web page cannot cancel it and you have to use that store.

- Cancel the membership there
- If you subscribed in the iOS app, cancel under Subscriptions in iOS Settings
- If you subscribed on Android, cancel in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions
