Cancel Google AI Pro
The plan is billed through Google One, so this opens Google One settings. Under Cancel plan choose Cancel membership and confirm. You keep Pro until the paid period ends, then drop to free Gemini and the free storage tier.

Opens one.google.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
Signed up through Apple or Google Play?
Then Google AI Pro cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
