Cancel Google Workspace

Only a super admin can do this, from the Admin console. On an Annual or Fixed-Term plan you usually pay out the rest of the contract rather than stopping early. Export your data before you cancel, the account and its Gmail go away.

Open Billing, then Subscriptions
Choose the Google Workspace subscription
Choose Cancel subscription and follow the prompts
Export data first if you want to keep mail, files or calendars
